Booking Deposit
A deposit of 25%of the total rent should be paid within 7 days of booking. The balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to departure. If the payment is not received in full and on time we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
If the booking is made less than 8 weeks prior to departure the full amount must be paid within 7 days of booking.
We also ask for a deposit of £100 in case of breakages, loss or damage. This is returned within 14 days of your return.
Arrivals and Departures
The apartment will be ready for occupation after 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of depart
Prices are per Week. Short Breaks and long winter breaks are available upon request.
